The Case of the Missing Samples
Rich Olivieri from FB Crumar Seven & Seventeen Users reported a bug where samples he had installed on his Seven were showing up as “installed, not in catalogue”. So, the samples were ‘there’ but not there.
But the explanation was simple: I only had 7 of the 10 available samples installed on my Seven. I installed the final 3 samples this morning and now everything is working properly.
To get the fix: quit Seven11 completely (Cmd-Q — closing the window isn’t enough) and reopen it. It’ll pull 1.2.1 down on its own. Case solved!
